Start by selecting the items you want to count with the selection tool (hold shift and drag the mouse) ( learn more : Selection and edition of multiple items).
The number of items in your selection is displayed within the menu.
By clicking on the number of items you can acces the details of your selection, by type (post-its, JIRA cards, groups...) and then by characteristics (color and shape).
Sum of the fields
If numeric fields are filled on the selected post-its, the sum of the values is automatically calculated.
Note : You can also find this counter on the groups, as well as the lines, columns and cells of the tables document.
