Auto fields

Automatic fields are fields that are automatically filled according to the date or the person doing the action.
The available auto fields are :

  • Creator (who created the post-it),
  • Created at (when was the post-it created),
  • Updated by (who last updated the post-it),
  • Updated at (when was the post-it last updated).

How to use auto fields?


You can use auto fields same as others types of fields (see Create and use extended fields). You have to add them to your document within the settings panel.
You cannot create auto fields, you will therefore have to choose among the existing fields (creator, created at, updated by, updated at).
You cannot edit the value of auto fields in the edition popup since the value is automatically filled.
